Founded in 1995, Globaltech has been in business for over 20 years, with our main office in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida. At Globaltech, we are not just a ‘design-build team’ but a dedicated design-build company. We provide turnkey services for many of our utility clients to facilitate and streamline the design, permitting, and construction of projects. Paul Gandy, P.E.
President and CEO
Paul Gandy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Globaltech, Inc. Mr. Gandy has over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering business and has pioneered the design-build effort in South Florida’s utility market. His areas of expertise are planning, design, and construction of all facets of water and wastewater treatment as well as collection and distribution, hydraulics, fluids handling, and pumping.
Mr. Gandy graduated from University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to being a Professional Engineer, Mr. Gandy is a Certified Plumbing Contractor, Certified Mechanical Contractor, Certified General Contractor, and a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor.
Troy Lyn, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Troy Lyn is the Executive Vice President of Globaltech and a Senior Engineer. Mr. Lyn’s areas of expertise are lime softening, membrane processes, anion exchange, disinfection, chemical feed systems, and water treatment plant regulatory compliance.
Mr. Lyn graduated from University of Central Florida, where he earned his bachelors in Environmental Engineering and his masters in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Lyn is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Water Environment Federation (WEF), Southeast Desalting Association (SEDA), American Public Works Association (APWA), and the Southeast Florida Utility Council.
David Schuman, P.E.
Vice President of Engineering
David Schuman is the Vice President of Engineering of Globaltech and a Senior Engineer. Mr. Schuman has extensive knowledge and experience in the design of water and wastewater facilities. His areas of expertise are treatment/process technologies, pump stations, pipelines, hydraulics, and mechanical design for both design-bid-build and design-build projects.
Mr. Schuman graduated from Virginia Tech University, where he earned his Master’s in Environmental Engineering and from Florida International University, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Mr. Schuman is a member of Water Environment Federation (WEF), American Public Works Association (APWA), and the Southeast Florida Utility Council.
Behroz "Bruce" Rahmani
Vice President of Construction
Bruce Rahmani is the Vice President of Construction of Globaltech. As the Vice President of Construction, Mr. Rahmani supervises Globaltech’s construction field staff while coordinating with the design engineers and owners to successfully execute the construction of design-build projects. Mr. Rahmani is also experienced in construction estimating, procurement, and project management.
Mr. Rahmani graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where he earned his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Rahmani is a Certified General Contractor and a Certified Plumbing Contractor.
