Globaltech, Inc. is managed by a core group of leaders who have spent their careers in the water/wastewater industry.
With more than 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering business, Paul pioneered the design build effort in South Florida’s utility market. Paul’s areas of expertise include planning, design, and construction of all facets of water and wastewater treatment as well as collection and distribution, hydraulics, fluids handling, and pumping. He is a University of Florida graduate with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Paul is a certified Professional Engineer, Plumbing Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, General Contractor, and an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor.
As our VP of Construction, Bruce supervises Globaltech’s construction field staff while coordinating with design engineers and clients to successfully execute the construction of design build projects. Bruce applies his experience in construction estimating, procurement, and project management to his daily work. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and is a certified General Contractor and Plumbing Contractor.
Dave has more than 28 years of experience designing water and wastewater facilities. His areas of expertise are treatment/process technologies, pump stations, pipelines, hydraulics, and mechanical design. Dave has a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida International University. He is a member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the American Public Works Association (APWA), and the Southeast Florida Utility Council.
Rick has an extensive background in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering and has worked with municipal utilities in south Florida for more than 35 years. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a M.C.E. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering. Rick has managed all phases of the project life cycle. His areas of expertise include project management, water resources planning, stormwater management, geotechnical engineering, civil construction, utility capital project planning and neighborhood outreach. As VP of Engineering, Rick provides leadership for design/build projects and our engineering staff.
With an extensive resume in water treatment engineering, Troy’s areas of expertise are lime softening, membrane processes, anion exchange, disinfection, chemical feed systems, and water treatment plant regulatory compliance. Troy graduated from University of Central Florida, where he earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering. He is a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the Southeast Desalting Association (SEDA), the American Public Works Association (APWA), and the Southeast Florida Utility Council.
